1.Credit Cards -Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Card. Payment by Visa or mastercard is via the PayPal facility (you do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay with it).For payment by American Express or Diners Club, you can now pay online or if you have any issues please ring us on 1300 768 608 and we can process the sale for you.

With these last two options, please email or phone us for the account or postal details; and monies must be cleared before items are sent. Prices:All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Gayle Petrie Designs reserves the right to change any prices at any time.

Delivery and Returns:
Orders are sent by Express Post with Australia Post (unless you organise with us to do otherwise). Cost is calculated according to what you order and is automatically added to total for order. Small bag (usually 1 or 2 items) is $7.50, Big bag (can be up to 4 items) $10. Orders are generally sent within 24 hours of receiving them and can be 1-4 day delivery depending on where you live and what day and time we get the order etc.
Gayle Petrie Designs will happily refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We must receive it within 7 days from invoice date, and the garment must be in original condition, (unworn, unwashed, no perfume smells, no odours and with all tags attached). Postage costs are not refundable. Any request for a return or exchange must be made by phone or email within 2 days of receiving your parcel. When returning goods, please fill out the Returns Slip that is enclosed with your order. Please ensure your items are carefully packed for shipment, as we are not responsible for any merchandise that is damaged or lost en route to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
