Sizing

What is my new size?
Maternity sizes are usually the same as non-maternity clothing….so if you were a size 12 before you became pregnant then look for size 12 maternity. However, many garments are made in stretchy fabrics and as a result you could fit a couple of sizes depending perhaps on how fitted you like your clothes to be. So if you prefer your clothes a bit looser you might be happier in the size up. Also if you are having a multiple birth, then generally you need to go up at least one size. Please feel free to ring us if you have any queries about your size in a particular style or any other questions you might have.

Use the guide below to choose your maternity size.
If between two sizes we recommend that you go up 1 size.

Clothes Sizing:

Maternity clothes can be even more comfortable than your usual clothes, allowing for standard weight gain
If are gaining more than an average pregnancy weight, we recommend that you go up 1 size
For those lucky enough to be having twins we also suggest you go up at least one size

Bra Sizing:

Measurements for Bra Sizing:

Step 1:

• Measure Underbust.
• Measure around your rib cage.
• Use this measurement to measure your body size eg. 78 cm size 14.

Step 2:

• Measure Bust.
• Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
• Use this measurement from the table for your body size.
• To select your cup size eg. 96 cm = C-cup.

Measuring Tips:

• Take measurements whilst wearing a suitable bra but without outer garments.
• Measure yourself holding the tape measure firmly around you.
• Make no extra allowances.
• If you are in between sizes we suggest you order the larger size.

Ordering Choices:

Payment Choices:
1. Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Diners Card. ( We use the highest strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details with absolute security and privacy). We use Australia's leading and most trusted payment processor, eWay, so you can buy with complete confidence.
2. Paypal - either use your paypal account or pay with your credit card.
3. Direct Banking
4. Cheque

With these last two options, please email or phone us for the account or postal details; and monies must be cleared before items are sent.
Orders are now accepted worldwide. If you have a problem with trying to order please email sales@gaylepetriedesigns.com.au.

Prices:
All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST when billing address is located in Australia. Overseas orders do not have GST included. Gayle Petrie Designs reserves the right to change any prices at any time.

Delivery and Returns:
Orders are sent with Australia Post (unless you organise with us to do otherwise). It is a flat rate of $8.00 Australia Wide.  Worldwide orders are based on weight of goods and will be calculated in the checkout process by Australia Post.

Orders are generally sent within 24 hours of receiving them and can be 1-4 day delivery depending on where you live and what day and time we get the order etc. (If you particularly need an overnight delivery it is best to ring  (1300 768 608) early so we can get onto it straight away if it is possible)

As we are closing down, there will be no refunds or exchanges anymore on sale items, unless product is faulty.

Any request for a return or exchange must be made by phone or email within 2 days of receiving your parcel. When returning goods, please ensure your items are carefully packed for shipment, as we are not responsible for any merchandise that is damaged or lost en route to our premises. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
